What Vista Social is and who uses it

Vista Social is an all-in-one social media management platform. It combines a content calendar, a unified inbox for comments and messages, reports, listening, link-in-bio pages and project management in one login. Its Threads page describes tools to plan, schedule, analyze and engage on Threads.

The pricing tiers are written for small teams, agencies and enterprises. The Scale plan adds white-label reports and letting clients connect their own profiles.

The Threads page lists the loop it supports: publish from the calendar, answer replies in the Social Inbox, then read reports on top-performing posts. Teams add user groups, task assignment and approval workflows, and a Social CRM for notes on customers.

Vista Social pricing and plans (as of October 2026)

On the yearly view of its pricing page, Professional is $80 a month for 2 users and 15 social profiles ($950 billed yearly). Advanced is $160 a month for 3 users and 30 profiles ($1,910 a year). Scale is $360 a month for 4 users and 70 profiles ($4,310 a year). Enterprise has custom pricing with unlimited profiles. The page says yearly billing saves 20%.

Each plan starts with a 14-day trial and no credit card. Advanced adds custom fields and smart scheduling, approval workflows, custom reports, Zapier and Make integrations, and AI training and knowledge. Scale adds more profiles and users, white label setup, client profile connect and scalable AI credits.

Optional add-ons include Employee Advocacy, from $199 a month for 25 employees, and Listening across social, web and news, from $75 a month. The X (Twitter) integration is an optional add-on on each plan, so check the live page for its current price before you commit.

Threads and X support, scheduling and limits

For Threads, its integration page says you connect one or more Threads accounts to the dashboard, then plan and publish from the content calendar. You drag posts around the calendar, track impressions and engagements on published posts, and handle mentions and replies in the Social Inbox.

For X, its integration page describes a drag-and-drop calendar, text posts, polls, images and video, built-in UTM tracking, and threaded posts with images, videos, links and mentions. Each network's own text limits still apply.

Each network's own text and media limits apply to what you schedule here.

AI features

Vista Social's Threads page says the post creation tool can generate a caption with AI and adjust it to fit your brand voice. Plans include AI credits used for replies and generated text, and Scale gets scalable AI credits. The Professional plan includes Ask Vista with MCP, which lets you connect AI tools to the platform.

Advanced adds AI Training and Knowledge, which trains Vista to give grounded replies to messages and comments.

How to schedule Threads and X posts in Vista Social

Connect your Threads account, and your X account if the add-on is active. Open the planning tool, write a post, choose the profiles, and set a time on the calendar. Use the preview to check how it reads on each network.

If a team writes the posts, switch on an approval workflow so a second person signs off before anything is scheduled. Check the Social Inbox daily, since replies in the first hours after a post matter most on Threads.

For a daily Threads and X routine, fill the calendar once a week, check the inbox once a day, and review the report once a month to see which posts earned the most impressions and engagements. Keep the AI caption as a starting point and edit the first line yourself.

Which Vista Social plan fits a Threads and X account

One person running a Threads and X account needs far fewer than Professional's 15 social profiles, so the choice comes down to features. Professional includes planning and publishing, engagement tools, reports, DM automations, Vista Page and Ask Vista with MCP.

Advanced is for teams and agencies that need custom fields, smart scheduling, approval workflows with outside clients, custom reports, Zapier and Make, or AI training. Scale adds white-label reports and a place for clients to connect their own profiles.

Every plan shows the X integration as an optional add-on, so confirm the price for X before choosing, and use the 14-day trial to check the calendar, the inbox and the reports.

Trial use is the cheapest test. Connect Threads, schedule a week of posts, and see whether the calendar, the inbox and the reports are all things you will open. If you only need a calendar and a queue, you will pay for tools you do not use. If you want one place for replies, reports and scheduling, the bundle is the point.

Using Vista Social with Threadgehog

Threadgehog sends approved posts straight to Buffer, Typefully, Publer, Metricool and Postiz, listed on the integrations page. For Vista Social, choose Export only mode on setup's How do you want to publish? step: Threadgehog gives you the finished posts as plain text to paste into Vista Social's composer, and it needs no scheduler account.

A workable split: Threadgehog writes the daily batch in your voice and you approve it, while Vista Social handles the calendar, inbox and reports. Threadgehog is on a waitlist, so join the waitlist if you want it when it opens.

Where Threadgehog fits: it produces the posts, and Vista Social handles the inbox and reports. It starts at Solo, $29 a month, with a 14-day free trial when it opens; see pricing. For automatic hand-off, see Publer or Metricool.
