Using Threadgehog

Threadgehog is sold by Loud Unicorn LLC. You may use the app to draft, schedule, and publish content for accounts you are allowed to manage. You remain responsible for reviewing what you publish and for following the rules of your scheduler, Threads, X, your AI provider, and applicable law.

License and devices

A license works on one Mac per seat. Most licenses have one seat; annual and lifetime can be bought with up to 10. Do not resell, share, copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app or a license key. To move to a new Mac, deactivate the old Mac in the app under Settings, License. If you cannot, contact support from the email you used at checkout.

Plans

Solo covers 2 projects, Pro covers 10, and Unlimited has no project limit. Every plan has every feature. You can move to a larger plan from your account page. The change applies right away, and Stripe charges the difference for the rest of the current billing period. A launch price stays the same for as long as that subscription stays active.

Subscriptions and trials

The free 14-day trial starts in the app with your email address. We mail the key to that address, and you paste it into the app. It needs no card. Each Mac can start one trial, once, and asking again mails the same key instead of making a second trial. When you buy a monthly or annual plan, Stripe charges your payment method right away, and again at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Stripe shows the price, billing period, tax, and next charge date before you confirm. You can cancel through the customer portal on the support page. Canceling stops future charges, and the license stops working when the paid period ends.

Lifetime licenses

A lifetime license lets you keep using the version of Threadgehog you purchased for as long as that version remains compatible with your Mac. It includes updates released during the first two years after purchase. Later major updates may require a separate purchase.

Refunds

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@threadgehog.com. Include the email used at checkout. Refunds return to the original payment method.

AI output and availability

AI output can be wrong, repetitive, or unsuitable. Review every post before approving it. Drafting requests pass through the Loud Unicorn generation server, and Threadgehog also depends on services you connect, including an AI provider and your scheduler, so some features may be unavailable when the server or those services are offline.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided as available, without a promise that it will meet every purpose or run without interruption. To the extent allowed by law, Loud Unicorn LLC is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, or content published from your accounts. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for Threadgehog during the 12 months before the claim.
