Sendible for Threads and X: pricing, limits and AI drafts

What Sendible is and who uses it

Sendible is a social media management tool organized around workspaces. A workspace is a dedicated space for a client, location or brand, with its own profiles, settings, content, calendar and reports. That structure suits agencies and multi-location businesses.

Its pricing page lists supported networks including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, YouTube, WordPress, Threads and Bluesky. Every plan has unlimited users, which suits teams that add freelancers or clients as collaborators.

The calendar view supports drag and drop and can be exported as a PDF. Other tools listed on the pricing page include a bulk scheduler with CSV upload, repeated content for evergreen posts, an RSS auto-poster, a Canva integration, UTM parameters, Zapier, and post previews for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram.

Sendible pricing and plans (as of October 2026)

The plans scale by workspaces and profiles. Core is $35 a month for 1 workspace and 6 social profiles. Plus is $99 for 3 workspaces and 18 profiles and adds assignment and approvals. Premium is $199 for 7 workspaces and 42 profiles, with content libraries, custom branded reports and campaigns. Elite is $299 for 15 workspaces and 90 profiles. Enterprise is $750 for 50 workspaces and 300 profiles.

The prices above are the monthly-billing figures on the page. A yearly option saves 15%. All plans start with a 14-day free trial, no card required, no contract.

Sendible shows the plan prices in USD, GBP and EUR. Core includes unlimited users, unlimited scheduling, unlimited AI credits, bulk scheduling, monitoring and replying, and standard reports. A founder posting to Threads and X uses 2 of the 6 profiles, which leaves room for a second brand's accounts in the same workspace.

Elite adds bulk posting dynamic fields, which personalize one post across many profiles with placeholders such as names, cities or services.

Need more profiles? Sendible says each extra workspace adds 6 profiles. Support on the plan comparison lists real-person email replies in about 5 to 6 hours during business hours and live chat from 9am to 10pm GMT.

Threads and X support, scheduling and limits

Sendible describes Threads as plan, draft and schedule in advance. Its Threads guide has you connect through Profiles, Add Profiles, then Add next to Threads, log in with your Instagram username and approve the permissions. In the Smart Compose Box you choose the Threads account, write the post, add media, preview it and schedule it.

For images, the guide says you can upload up to 15 images for a Threads carousel. Threads sets its own character limit: see Threads character limit. Add the text, preview the post, then schedule it.

For X, Sendible's X page says posts can be queued and scheduled individually or in bulk at optimal times, with CSV import or bulk creation in the dashboard. The image editor fits pictures to X requirements, GIFs come through GIPHY, and Bitly shortening saves characters. One CSV upload can queue a week of X posts.

Post previews are available for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram on the plan comparison, and the Threads guide describes a preview before a Threads post goes live. Tagging profiles in posts is listed for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram image posts and LinkedIn Company Pages.

Across networks, the plan comparison lists a limit of 100 sends per day per workspace, a bulk scheduler with CSV uploads, and smart queues. For the networks' own limits see X character limit and Threads media limits.

Sendible's AI Assist

AI Assist sits inside the Smart Compose Box. Sendible says it generates on-brand captions, rephrases copy and catches spelling errors. The AI Assist page also says it can maintain a consistent brand voice across channels. The pricing page shows unlimited AI credits on Core.

The AI Assist page describes four jobs: generating on-brand captions, writing targeted copy for a specific audience and goal, keeping a consistent brand voice across channels, and writing copy meant to prompt conversation. It lives in the same compose box as scheduling, so drafting and scheduling happen in one place.

For Threads, the guide says you can ask AI Assist to customize a post for Threads, and it notes this helps when repurposing the same post for X. The X page says AI Assist can generate tweet ideas and copy.

A worked example: an agency with 5 clients, each with a Threads and an X profile, has 10 profiles. Core covers 6 profiles in 1 workspace, so Plus is the first plan that fits: 3 workspaces, 18 profiles, $99 a month.

Using Sendible together with Threadgehog

Threadgehog is a Mac app that learns a writing style from about ten example posts, writes Threads and X posts, and holds them in a review queue until you approve. It sends approved posts to Buffer, Typefully, Publer, Metricool or Postiz. For Sendible, Export only mode gives you the finished posts to paste into the Smart Compose Box.

Agencies on Sendible hold one workspace per client. Threadgehog runs projects of its own, 2 on Solo and 10 on Pro, and the social media agencies page shows the setup. Each project hands off to one of the five schedulers.
