All that posting for the shop never turned into sales.
Threadgehog writes in the style of your craft niche from day one, even on a brand-new account, and you approve what goes out.
14-day free trial. Cancel before day 15 and you won't be charged. Apple silicon Mac, macOS 14 or later.
Who it is for
Independent makers selling handmade or craft goods, like jewelry, prints or candles, through an Etsy shop.
How Threadgehog helps
Paste about ten posts that got plenty of replies, from sellers in your craft niche, as text or Threads links, and Threadgehog writes in that style, even with no posts of your own yet. It writes both single posts and threads, so a making-of story can run across a few posts, and drafts wait in Pending until you approve or reject them. Set the link share to 25% and about 1 in 4 posts point people to the shop and end with your link. The rest are regular posts in your brand voice.

Example posts
A regular post
Someone asked why my scarf costs $68 when the one at Target is $14. So I timed the next one. 9 hours and 40 minutes. I stopped doing the math after that.
A thread that links to it
Ripped this sweater back to the cuff three times. The left side kept coming out tighter, and I could only see it in photos, never in my hands.
Fourth try, I switched to wooden needles for the left panel only. Same wool as the last batch, same pattern, and it finally lies flat.

Questions
Do I need posts of my own first?
No. A brand-new account works. Paste about ten posts from your niche that got plenty of replies, from any account, and Threadgehog writes in that style. The app shows you how to find them. Once your own posts start doing well, paste those and rebuild the brand voice.
Can it run without me approving every post?
Yes. Turn on auto-approve during setup or in Project settings. It waits until Threadgehog agrees with your choices often enough, and Project settings shows how close it is, from Just started to Ready for auto-approve. From then on, drafts it's sure you'd approve skip Pending and go straight to your Queue, which Threadgehog sends to your scheduler, and the rest wait in Pending. Pick how many posts it writes a day, from 1 to 500, and it writes them on its own while the app is open. More posts use more of your monthly AI drafts, more of your own key's usage (cheap, because it is only text), or more of your Claude or ChatGPT plan's limits. Reviewing a batch once a week or once a month still gets better results: it learns from what you approve and reject, and auto-approved posts are left out of that.
