Once another channel started working, nobody posted on X anymore.

Threadgehog writes the drafts and sends approved posts to your scheduler on the schedule you pick, so the account no longer depends on someone remembering to post.

Who it is for

B2B SaaS marketing and growth teams that let a working channel go quiet when a new one started working.

How Threadgehog helps

Pick how many posts it writes a day, from 1 to 500, and Threadgehog writes them on its own while the app is open. Turn on auto-approve, and once Threadgehog agrees with your choices often enough, drafts it's sure you'd approve skip Pending and go straight to your queue, which Threadgehog sends to your scheduler on the schedule you pick: once a day, twice a day, every 6 hours or every hour, while the app is open. It learns from what you approve and reject, and auto-approved posts are left out of that, so reviewing a batch once a week or once a month still helps. With Buffer, Publer, Postiz or Metricool (X posts) connected, Insights syncs each post's numbers once a day and shows your top posts this month.

What readers should do

Posts that link to it

50% of posts. The channel has already shown it works, so about half the posts can ask for a demo while the other half stay useful on their own.

Plan

Solo. One company account is one project, and Solo includes 2 projects.

Example posts

A regular post

rangeview.hqExample draft

A customer told us the same story 3 times in one week. Once to their account manager. Once in a ticket. Once on a call. Every team had notes. None of them had each other's.

A thread that links to it

rangeview.hqExample draft

We tracked handoffs for a month. In 38% of escalated tickets, the customer was repeating something they had already told their account manager.

rangeview.hq

Rangeview puts every call, email and promise on one timeline that support reads before replying. The handoff note is gone.

Questions

Can it run without me approving every post?

Yes. Turn on auto-approve during setup or in Project settings. It waits until Threadgehog agrees with your choices often enough, and Project settings shows how close it is, from Just started to Ready for auto-approve. From then on, drafts it's sure you'd approve skip Pending and go straight to your Queue, which Threadgehog sends to your scheduler, and the rest wait in Pending. Pick how many posts it writes a day, from 1 to 500, and it writes them on its own while the app is open. More posts use more of your monthly AI drafts, more of your own key's usage (cheap, because it is only text), or more of your Claude or ChatGPT plan's limits. Reviewing a batch once a week or once a month still gets better results: it learns from what you approve and reject, and auto-approved posts are left out of that.

Does it learn from my results?

Yes, in two ways. When it writes new ideas and the daily batch, up to 8 of your most recent approved posts go along as examples. And with Threadgehog AI, every 3 days on Solo, every day on Pro, or up to 3 times a day on Unlimited, it compares what you approved with what you rejected and rewrites the rules for the next batch. With Buffer, Publer, Postiz or Metricool, most new drafts also build on what your top posts share.

Can I buy seats for my team?

Yes, on the yearly and lifetime plans. Pick the number of seats on the Stripe checkout page, from 1 to 10. Each seat is one Mac and costs the plan price. You get one key that covers them all, and the account page shows how many Macs are on it.
