What Schedulala is and who uses it

Schedulala is a scheduler for creators, small businesses and agencies. Its home page says one post goes to all 12 platforms, and the list includes X (Twitter) and Threads next to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky, Telegram, Mastodon and Google Business Profile.

Beyond scheduling it offers a comment and DM inbox for six platforms, analytics, workspaces for separate brands or clients, a Feeds feature that tracks keywords across platforms, and a tool that turns a written post into an image card. The site also describes a skill file that lets an AI agent schedule posts.

Schedulala pricing as of October 2026

The pricing page says every plan includes all 12 platforms and starts with a 7-day free trial. A Monthly and Yearly switch has a 2 months free note on the yearly side. The figures below are the monthly prices the page shows. The home page and the Threads page both put Threads scheduling at $9 a month.

Every plan lists unlimited posts and scheduling, carousel posts, automatic first comments, analytics, comments and inbox, and API, MCP and CLI access at no extra cost. The tiers differ in how many accounts you can add per platform, how many workspaces you get and whether you add team seats.

  • Solo: $9 a month, 1 account on each of 12 platforms, 2 workspaces, email support
  • Business: $27 a month, up to 5 accounts on each platform, 2 workspaces, email support
  • Team: $49 a month, up to 5 accounts on each platform, 5 workspaces, 3 team seats, advanced analytics, priority support
  • Enterprise: custom plans for 100 or more accounts, contact sales

Threads and X support, scheduling and limits

Schedulala's Threads page says it posts through the official Threads API, so posts publish by themselves instead of sending a reminder. It lists text posts up to 500 characters, image and video posts, carousels of 2 to 10 items, and a thread builder for multi-post conversations that you can preview before scheduling.

Threads analytics on that page include followers, likes, replies, reposts, views and best times to post, updated daily. Replies and mentions arrive through Meta webhooks, and you can reply or hide a reply from the inbox. Threads replies and mentions are the part of the inbox to use there, and the Comments tab shows them next to your other platforms.

X sits in the same editor as the other platforms. For the platforms' own numbers, read Threads character limit and X character limit.

A worked example: two brands on Threads and X

Say you run two projects and want each on Threads and X. Solo allows one account per platform, so two Threads accounts would not fit. Business raises that to up to 5 accounts on each platform for $27 a month, and a second workspace keeps the two projects separate with their own calendar and analytics.

If a VA or teammate writes posts, Team at $49 adds 3 team seats and 5 workspaces. The site says team members write and schedule posts without touching passwords, billing or connections. These limits are from the pricing page as of October 2026.

AI features

Schedulala keeps its AI story small. The pricing and home pages describe a REST API, CLI and MCP connector on every plan, which lets Claude or ChatGPT draft, schedule and report on posts through your account. A skill file teaches an AI agent how to use it.

Inside the product, its Text to card tool turns a post you already wrote into an image styled like an X, Threads, Bluesky or LinkedIn post, and it says nothing is rewritten. The site also offers free caption and hashtag tools. Drafting posts in your own voice is the part Threadgehog covers.

Using Schedulala with Threadgehog

Threadgehog is a Mac app that writes posts and multi-post threads for Threads and X in a style it learns from about ten example posts. Drafts wait in a review queue, you approve or reject them, and when you approve a Threads post it writes the X version on its own. Approved posts then go to the scheduler you already use: Buffer, Typefully, Publer, Metricool or Postiz. The site is in waitlist mode today, so you can join the waitlist and get the 14-day free trial when it opens. Solo is $29 a month. See the pricing page for the full plan list.

Threadgehog sends approved posts to Buffer, Typefully, Publer, Metricool and Postiz. Its Export only mode gives you the finished posts to paste into the Schedulala editor. Threadgehog does the writing and learning, and Schedulala handles the calendar, the per-platform previews and the inbox. Each batch holds 10, 20, 30 or 50 posts, and if you promote a product the Posts that include your link setting runs from 0 to 100% in steps of 5.
