What PostPlanify is and who uses it

PostPlanify describes itself as a social media management platform for agencies serving local businesses. It handles content, inboxes and reporting across many clients, and prices by client workspace instead of by seat. Its supported platforms are Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky and Google Business Profile.

That focus shapes the product. It has a shared inbox for comments, DMs and Google reviews, approvals, roles and permissions, white-label PDF reports and a link in bio page, in addition to the scheduler. A solo founder can use one workspace; the structure is aimed at people handling a list of clients.

PostPlanify pricing as of October 2026

The pricing page lists monthly billing: Growth from $39 a month with 1 workspace, Premium from $99 with 3 workspaces and Scale from $199 with 5 workspaces. Extra workspaces cost from $29 on Growth and from $39 on Premium and Scale, with graduated discounts as the count rises. Annual billing saves 20%.

On yearly billing the page shows $31 a month for Growth ($372 billed yearly), $79 for Premium ($948) and $159 for Scale ($1,908). Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial.

  • Growth: 1 workspace, 4 social accounts per workspace, unlimited users and posts, analytics, social inbox, shared calendar, roles, bulk schedule, media library, link in bio, API and MCP
  • Premium: 3 workspaces, 6 accounts per workspace, plus approvals, advanced analytics, client reports, team comments, scheduled report delivery and AI Training and Knowledge
  • Scale: 5 workspaces, 8 accounts per workspace, plus full white label, 1:1 onboarding, migration help and priority human support

A worked example: workspaces add up

PostPlanify's pricing is a count of client workspaces. One founder with one project fits Growth: $39 a month on monthly billing for 1 workspace and 4 social accounts, which covers Threads, X and two more.

An agency with 10 clients on Premium pays $322 a month on the pricing page's cost table. The page's own example puts 12 workspaces on Premium at $360 a month. These numbers are as of October 2026.

An agency with 3 clients fits Premium at $99 a month on monthly billing: 3 workspaces with 6 social accounts each is 18 connected accounts, and approvals let a client sign off before anything goes live. Scale at $199 covers 5 workspaces with 8 accounts each, which is 40 accounts, plus full white label and 1:1 onboarding. On yearly billing the same three plans come to $31, $79 and $159 a month.

Threads and X support, scheduling and limits

PostPlanify has a Threads scheduler page. It says you can schedule text, images, carousels and videos automatically through Meta's API, track views, likes, replies and reposts, and schedule Threads and Instagram together from one calendar. It also has an X scheduler page, and an MCP server page for each of Threads and X.

Its Bulk Schedule feature takes up to 20 images or videos in one batch. Each file becomes a post, you apply accounts to all of them, set a start date, posts per day and the gap between them, and it spreads the batch across days. AI captions can be generated for the whole batch, fitted to the tightest platform limit among the selected platforms.

Its AI captions fit the tightest limit among the platforms you select, and X captions stay under 280 characters. For platform numbers, read Threads character limit and X character limit.

A practical routine for a small project: create one workspace, connect Threads and X, then use Bulk Schedule to upload a week of images or videos at once. Set the start date and the posts per day, apply both accounts to the whole batch, and generate captions for all of them in one pass. The shared calendar shows the result, and the inbox collects comments and DMs in the same workspace.

AI features

The AI assistant page describes captions written from the content of your images and videos, 7 text refinement tools (fix grammar, make concise, expand, rephrase, improve structure, simplify, polish) and 6 tones: default, friendly, funny, bold, professional and motivational. It also generates images with 7 models in 5 aspect ratios and transcribes audio from video.

On Premium and above, AI Training and Knowledge lets you upload brand guidelines, product docs and past campaigns so captions match each client. The assistant starts from the images and videos you upload.

Using PostPlanify with Threadgehog

Threadgehog is a Mac app that writes posts and multi-post threads for Threads and X in a style it learns from about ten example posts. Drafts wait in a review queue, you approve or reject them, and when you approve a Threads post it writes the X version on its own. Approved posts then go to the scheduler you already use: Buffer, Typefully, Publer, Metricool or Postiz. The site is in waitlist mode today, so you can join the waitlist and get the 14-day free trial when it opens. Solo is $29 a month. See the pricing page for the full plan list.

Threadgehog sends approved posts to Buffer, Typefully, Publer, Metricool and Postiz. Its Export only mode gives you the finished posts to paste into a PostPlanify post. Then use PostPlanify's calendar, approvals and reports for the publishing side. Each batch holds 10, 20, 30 or 50 posts, and if you promote a product the Posts that include your link setting runs from 0 to 100% in steps of 5.
