Steps

  1. 1

Sign up and connect your accounts

Open Circleboom Publish and create an account. Connect X and Threads from the same dashboard. Its page lists ten supported platforms.

  2. 2

    Open the X Post Planner

Its X scheduling page sends you to the X Post Planner to create, plan, share and schedule posts. For a thread, use the Twitter Thread Maker and Scheduler listed under the X features.

  3. 3

    Write with or without AI

Type the post yourself or use the AI tweet generator. Its page says the AI learns your style and offers quick edits such as a punchier tone, grammar fixes and hashtags.

  4. 4

Schedule one post or a batch

Pick a time, or let smart scheduling choose one. For a batch, use Bulk Schedule and upload a CSV with the tweet text, image URLs, labels and posting times.

  5. 5

    Check the Outbox

The preview step shows invalid rows with the reason. Scheduled posts sit in the Outbox, where you can edit them before they go out.

What Circleboom is and who uses it

Circleboom is a company with two product lines. Circleboom Publish is a multi-platform social media management tool. Circleboom Twitter is an older line for managing an X account, with follower and friend lists, account search, analytics and tools to delete posts. This guide covers Publish, because that is where Threads and scheduling live.

The two lines have separate pages: the Twitter line lives at its own management-tool section of the site, and Publish has its own scheduler section and its own pricing table, so check the right table when you read a price.

Its home page describes Publish as built for social media managers, agencies and businesses. It lists scheduling and automation, content planning, multiple accounts on one dashboard, an AI content generator, team management with approvals, and post analytics with UTM tracking.

Circleboom pricing and plans, as of October 2026

Circleboom Publish lists four plans. Monthly billing is $29.99 for Pro, $44.99 for Premium, $89.99 for Business and $249.99 for Enterprise. With annual billing the page shows $24.99, $34.99, $79.99 and $209.99 a month.

Pro includes 5 social accounts, Premium 10 and Business 30, and the page says accounts are unlimited with add-ons. Premium and Business add unlimited teams, and users are unlimited with add-ons. Each plan's AI writer is listed as Unlimited.

The page advertises a limited offer: 90 days free, use it for three months and then stay or cancel. Prices change, so confirm the figure on the signup page.

Threads and X support, scheduling and limits

Circleboom lists Threads among its connected platforms, and the plan comparison has a section called Advanced Threads Scheduler with Threads profiles. For X, the section is Advanced Twitter Scheduler, including a thread maker and scheduler, polls, mentions and a hashtag generator.

Its X page highlights bulk work: upload a CSV to the bulk scheduler and schedule hundreds of posts, even 1000. It also offers smart scheduling, which picks times it calculates from your audience, and an Auto Retweeter that reposts on an interval you set.

The pricing page defines scheduled and queued posts as the number you can store in your outbox per social account, and says there is no daily, monthly or yearly limit. The other count that applies is accounts. Platforms set their own length: see the Threads character limit and the X character limit.

Beyond scheduling: the rest of the toolkit

Circleboom's X Official Enterprise Developer status is on every page, with a quote from X's customer directory. Its X page says it uses the official API.

On the Twitter side, the home page lists X Smart Account Search, search and export of engaging accounts, account and post analytics, followers and followings management, a who-unfollowed-me report and delete services. On the Publish side it lists RSS feeds posted to social media, a Canva design tool, article curation, UTM parameters and team roles with approval before a post goes live.

A weekly routine that uses these parts: write or generate a batch on Monday, load it through the CSV bulk scheduler, check the preview for rows flagged invalid, then spend the week in the Outbox editing anything that needs a change. Open the post analytics at the end of the week and use the UTM tracking to see which links brought visits.

This guide prices the Publish plans, which are the ones that schedule Threads and X posts.

Circleboom AI features

Circleboom Publish says it is powered by OpenAI. The plan table lists an AI Tweet Generator, plus an AI generator for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile and Pinterest, and a ChatGPT-4o integration row.

Its home page says the AI learns your style and writes more engaging posts each time, from fresh drafts to quick edits like a punchier tone, grammar fixes and hashtags. The AI sits in the composer, so you ask for it while you write a post.

Other creative tools on the plan page include a Canva-based design tool, an AI carousel generator, article curation, RSS feed connections and a best-time-to-post suggestion.

Using Circleboom together with Threadgehog

Threadgehog writes Threads and X posts from about ten example posts, queues them for your approval, and sends approved ones to Buffer, Typefully, Publer, Metricool or Postiz. For Circleboom, approve in Threadgehog, choose Export only, and paste the finished text into Circleboom's planner, or put a batch into its CSV file. Threadgehog is on a waitlist now.

The CSV route suits a weekly or monthly review. You approve a batch in Threadgehog, then fill the CSV columns the Circleboom page names (tweet text, image URLs, labels and posting times) and upload once. See pricing: plans start at $29 a month with a 14-day free trial when it opens.
